Egidio Rondinone aka L'egitt, Drummer/Rapper/Music Composer/Producer, was born in Bari, Italy on March 1973, began studying drums at the age of 15. He deepened his drum studies by participating in the workshops of Peter Erskine, Ettore Fioravanti, Roberto Gatto. In '93 he began his close collaboration with Nicola Conte, in the same year in which he recorded an EP produced by Right Tempo Records with the pianist Paolo Achenza's Trio. In 1994 he recorded the album "Do It" with the same trio which featured the international renowned musicians Greg Osby, Gianluca Petrella, Fontaine Burnett.

In 1995 his passion for Essential Beat and beatmaking began; passion that will see him as one of the founders of the Pooglia Tribe and of the duo L'amiish D'abbash. Pooglia Tribe is the first and only Apulian Rap group produced by Articolo 31 for Funky Spaghetti Laboratori. One of the tracks produced by L'egitt entitled "Senza Problemi" will take part in the soundtrack of the film Senza Filtro, performed by the award-winning Milanese group Articolo31. In 2002 the Apulian group opened the Articolo31 concerts to promote the album, taking part in various radio and television programs: Red Ronnie, Battiti, Radio DJ.

In 2016 he produced the single by the duo L'amiish D'abbash entitled: "Il Polpo" that was released on all digital platforms. 

Always in 2026 He founded his mixing and musical production laboratory "Labdab" and which will involve future collaborations with musicians such as “Derek Banach”, “Matt Demerritt (De La Soul Macy Gray)” & many other

In the fall 2024 he will release his new album “OOPARTS” with the label A.MA Records
