Irina Pavlović is a jazz pianist and composer from Belgrade, Serbia.

At the age of seven she started playing flute and began her musical education in Prague, Czech Republic, where she has lived for two years. After she returned to her hometown Belgrade, Irina developed a great interest in music and continued further education by playing both instruments.

The piano soon became her primary focus and jazz music her fascination.

Irina wrote more than thirty compositions and she is also a member of the Union of Composers “AKM” in Vienna.

As an artist, composer, arranger and educator, Irina is developing her own distinct style influenced and inspired by traditional jazz (swing, be-bop, hard-bop), blues, gospel and Afro-Cuban music.

Irina graduated at the jazz department of “Stankovic” Music School in 2011, in the class of Prof. Milos Krstic.

From 2012 to 2016 she studied jazz piano in the class of Prof. Oliver Kent at “Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien” in Vienna, Austria. 

Irina received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in 2016. and Master of Arts degree in 2018. at “Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien” in Vienna, Austria

Her debut album will be released by A.MA Records November 2023
